Chop Wood | Observer | Go The Distance

It’s not surprising at all that the energy around their initial formation as a group is completely based around work, as shown there with Chop Wood. It feels a little robotic, maybe a bit constricted in the sense that it may have taken them a while to actually come together on a mental and emotional level as they were all taking the opportunity very seriously, and therefore, they were very focused on the work. Some of them worked together before the group’s initial formation, and because of that, there is this sense of them just falling back into a routine where they weren’t really meant to connect with each other and instead were just meant to get the work done. It made me laugh a bit because it feels like there was this awkward time where they really had to learn how to act more like friends and less like co-workers.

The Observer there covers the time period where they were building up to their official debut. This is really interesting as it shows that they were literally watching other idols. I’m sure they were very focused on BTS specifically. They were seeing how far they could go based on the success of idols around them and that they looked up to. They were seeing what they had to live up to, what things were really like once everything was in motion. It’s actually a very smooth and stable progression here externally, but right in the center of the chest, there is this extreme tension. It’s like they felt very confident and sure of themselves as things were essentially taken care of in terms of their starting point, as in they were starting off on an already elevated platform, however, the expectations that were being put on them to actually hit that home run was very stressful and I’m sure overwhelming at some points.

Luckily, Go The Distance there at the end shows that, as we all know, they did in fact experience a pretty successful debut. Within this space, it really feels like the fox in the image of Observer just leaped up and soared straight to the moon. Again, there was already a platform for them, there was already a lot of hype, so in a sense, the numbers were never going to be an issue, and they knew that on some level, but when people actually enjoyed and supported their work separate from that, all of that tension in the chest just exploded out in this amazing sense of relief.

It was a massive leap for them, so there is definitely that feeling of being a bit shocked and overwhelmed, almost like someone just slammed their foot on the gas pedal in the car and threw you back against your seat. In spite of that heavy transition and somewhat overwhelming take-off, everything does feel very locked in place and on track. Essentially, they will have a much easier time than BTS when it comes to coming up and making a name and place for themselves in the industry.

The Fates | All That Glitters | Tick-Tock

Through 2019 and 2020, TXT seems to continue that stable progression, however, it feels like there could be a bit of a “bloop” popping up when it comes to how they are perceived by the public or how they go about interacting with the public. I don’t really know what that’s supposed to be, it just feels like a little flux in the progression of the group, maybe a little detour along the way, but it doesn’t strike me as good or bad, it’s just some kind of neutral shift away from the set plans.

I really have no idea how to interpret this or how to even explain what I’m getting here as these cards aren’t really giving me anything other than their images, there are no underlying projections coming through, and maybe that is part of the situation. Perhaps there could be a situation where their public image either is unintentionally altered or misinterpreted by the public. It feels like they could get boosted up in some way, but it could be in a manner where they are not being seen in the way that was originally intended. It’s a bit confusing.

There are some interesting external shifts, like higher collective shifts, which could be more in the karmic realm. This could affect promotional stuff, there could be some hiccups with performances or maybe some cancelations that, for some reason, alter their relationship ship with the public in some way. I keep seeing this in my head as some kind of separation between them and their fans, as if there is this very clear and stable connection and then suddenly something happens to disturb that connection and create a bit of separation. Maybe there’s some kind of image upset that causes hate or arguments within the fandom itself.

Another interesting thing I’m feeling with this is this sense of things becoming tight or closed off. The Fates and Tick-Tock specifically feel as if they are squeezing All That Glitters, which is all about seeing something as really good, or trying to make something look good, but really there’s something off underneath the surface. Again, it’s an odd thing because it doesn’t feel like they do anything bad or anything that could mess things up, it feels like some kind of external influence causes an odd detour that then affects how they connect to the public. This here makes it seem like they try to play it off or try to continue on as normal, but The Fates, which feels like that collective outer force, along with Tick-Tock, which feels like this rule or law of restriction and limitation, is squeezing them and not really giving them a lot of space to actually work normally. Very strange.

Again, this feels like it could have some karmic influence, so overall, in spite of how it might look, this flux or detour could actually do a lot of good for them in terms of how they work and balance as a group.

That’s just my theory based on what I’m seeing though, and I’m not really seeing a whole lot that could make this clean cut. Beyond everything, no matter the circumstances, there is a constant sense of movement, so I don’t think anything that comes up would actually stop them completely from being able to work and grow. So, if you just care about the product of TXT, just the music, and the entertainment, I don’t think there’s any need to worry, the show will go on.

  • The Sun — Soobin (2000, Sagittarius)

  • The World — Yeonjun (1999, Virgo)

  • Queen of Pentacle — Beomgyun (2001, Pisces)

  • Knight of Swords — Taehyun (2002, Aquarius)

  • The Devil (rev.) — Heuning Kai (2002, Leo)

Similar to a lot of other groups I’ve read for, TXT has that interesting dualistic dynamic between the Leader and the oldest member where they hold equal power in the group while handling two ends of a social spectrum. Basically, in most other readings, the Leader handles the more external matters, is more engaged in business, and representing the group more superficially, while the oldest member focuses more on the internal matters, the more emotional aspects, especially with the harmony and balance of the relationships within the group. However, in TXT, it would seem the Leader, Soobin, is the more internally oriented one while Yeonjun, the oldest, is more externally focused.

The two of them do work well together. They both carry very strong, and somewhat blaring energies with The Sun and The World, but they don’t feel overbearing at all when it comes to how they actually influence the other members. They stand more as focal points, providing a kind of home base, a place of stability and guidance for the group as a whole.

Heuning Kai sticks out like a sore thumb there with the reversed Devil, making all kinds of spectacles out of himself energetically. This has such a “poser” vibe to it, and I don’t mean that negatively. It’s like he’s really trying to project a certain kind of aloof or nonchalant vibe, or he’s trying to come off as someone who is not too emotionally affected by things, but he’s the exact opposite. There's a bit of that Leo pride slipping in there when it comes to keeping things in his realm of control by putting up a barrier between his feelings and other people. This could be a purely temporary state for him though, just something based on current circumstances.

Beomgyu and Taehyun bounce off each other nicely with the Queen of Pentacles and the Knight of Swords. Beomgyu seems to project a very stable and grounded energy while actually being quite out-there and fluid internally. Taehyun is the exact opposite with an excited and adventurous projective and a very stable and grounded core. They flow together really well so I can imagine that they could find it very easy to get along with each other. They also seem to be presented here as mini versions of The Sun and The World, just reflecting those influences in a more conscious and superficial way.

So, between those four, they flow together pretty seamlessly, but the little Leo child is wiggling around in the dark for some reason. But, as I said, I think that is just a temporary state for him as he is still very much connected and in the mix.

Overall, they seem to be a very stable group made up of solid and stable people. They blend well energetically, however, I do think they could work to harmonize a bit more emotionally. Most importantly, there is a lot of support and care here, and it creates a nice foundation for steady progression with their career.

That’s all I have for this one, thanks for reading!
