ARMY 2025/2026 Outlook - Group 1
Energy Check
At the very top, the energy check for Group 1 seems very focused on elements of mental maturity and an expansion of the mind leading to broader perspectives and perception. The Vision card itself reminded me of birth, the center of the image appearing like a baby crowning, followed by the illuminated forehead of the Inner Child. This feels like a process of self-birthing, something of self-actualization where some of you may quite literally be bringing your Inner Child out into the world through the expression or achievement of an inner vision you’ve had for quite some time. With this actualization, you seem to be setting yourself up for entry to a whole new phase of life.
The presence of Transition with Discernment made me think of literally transitioning to a new level of discernment, a new level of personal understanding, judgment, and self-navigation in life. For some of you, this could be quite literal in the realm of entering adulthood and are now putting a lot of your life lessons to work as you enter a new space of responsibility. For others, this feels like a clearing of the eyes, a kind of maturing that lends to you being able to shed the skin that others have put on you, freeing your mind and body up to explore new spaces that are more in alignment with who you really are on a deeper level.
The last card in the energy check is Between Worlds, emphasizing again this aspect of transition, of moving from one point to another, birthing yourself from one world into the next, and bringing something to life. In the image of Between Worlds there is a flamingo actively passing into a new space, going from a darker, black and white space and into a vibrant world where it is now wearing a crown. This feels like a rewarding elevation, something that reminds me quite a bit of the transition we saw with the Inspiration card in the overall energy reading for the reunion with BTS.
Warning
Your warning for the coming year is represented with the Page of Swords, which felt like a call to be mindful of your words and temper, to not act or speak too quickly without really allowing your discernment to do a proper assessment of the situation. I was seeing this as a clear indication that you are quite literally in a state of transition right now, meaning that there are still parts of you lingering in the darker space, the less mature space, or the space of confusion and sensitivity. Even though you may have a broader mind, a clearer vision, some parts of you are still catching up and could be easily triggered or reactionary.
With this, I was seeing a scenario where the Page, the youngest in the court cards, has received his first sword, but rather than being mindful with it and taking lessons on how to use it properly, he just goes around swinging it at everyone. In the process, he ends up hurting others, himself, and creating a big mess that doesn’t quite match the expectations of someone who would have that sword in the first place.
In another scenario, I saw a person engaging with someone they know is lying or has been lying to them. With a more mature disposition, they allow the person to keep talking, allowing them to dig their own grave, but when person B ends up admitting to lying, something changes and person A snaps. It becomes a “I told you so,” sort of gotcha moment where, essentially, this person has become the Page of Swords swinging their sword around. The wrong choice was to step forward and engage further past the point where the other person admitted to lying. The right choice would have been to simply turn around and walk away after receiving confirmation that you were right and that this person does not respect you.
Blessing
The blessing you can look forward to is represented with the 3 of Pentacles and the 5 of Cups, both of which are reversed. This referred back to the 3 of Pentacles in reverse in another portion of the outlook reading where it referred to different structures of communication and connections being dismantled. It is registering the same for you here, but highlighting environments and significant relationships that may be foundational for you. On some level, you have or you are growing out of certain dynamics and spaces, and it really is time for you to move on.
Over the next year, you may be prompted with many experiences that challenge your perception of your connections and bring you to assess them from a new point of view. While this can be difficult to do, especially for foundational connections that have been in your life for a long time, it is suggested with the reversed 5 of Cups that this process may not be as painful as you may think. In essence, the reversed 5 of Cups shows a lack of grief, that your blessing is centered in the ability to let certain connections and structures in your life go without feeling a deep sense of grief or a gaping hole left behind in your life.
Progression
The state of progression you are moving through over the next year, which, of course, can be one of many, is represented with the reversed 5 of Swords. The 5 of Swords is associated with arguments and conflicting ideas, perspectives, or beliefs that can either be held between people or within an individual. On both levels, the reversal of this card shows that you will be moving through a highlighted process of deconstructing ideas, beliefs, and perspectives that no longer support your personal development and what you want in your life, which can and most likely will pass through your relationships.
How To Move Through It
When it comes to advice or support for moving through this state of progression, you’ve been given the 3 of Cups, which sits as a guidepost, or a target to aim for when it comes to assessing what you have now and looking outward for what you want to fill your life with in the future. First and foremost, the 3 of Cups is about friendship that is based on a deeply emotional and understanding receptivity between everyone involved. There is never any question or any sense of needing to play a part or act out of character in order to fit in. There is no sense of discomfort, fear, or second-guessing. Whether it be a connection or a general environment, the 3 of Cups prompts you to seek out and hold a high standard for something that supports you from the inside out, people and places that match more of that vibrant world you are stepping into or looking to create.
Keywords
Your keywords to take with you are “observing,” “learning,” and “love.” This is very straightforward with the idea that through this progression you will quite literally be observing and learning love, both from within yourself and around you. You will perhaps have to unlearn certain elements of what you thought love was, or what you thought trust and understanding between people was, but you will do this alongside building up knowledge and experience around genuine connections and supportive spaces that will nurture you, your soul, your vision, and your inner child.
