Pre-Reading:

I wanted to make sure that I got this reading somewhere following Namjoon’s Internal Alignment and Hoseok and Taehyung relationship reading as they’re all connected and supply information that I suppose is necessary for people to know in order to understand the intricacies of energetic transformation, alignment, and integration. All very fun and exciting, I know.

For the sake of trying to keep this reading as clean as possible I went ahead and used my core energy spread for the initial reading so that I could really break down the state of Taehyung’s core to see if there was any way to actually pinpoint where his blocks are as well as see if that core splitting is still a thing.

taehyungia1.png

From what I can see here, the split state of Taehyung's core is in the process of being patched up, but this healing process seems to be very much reliant on a lot of other things coming into play alongside his own personal influence, which he has no conscious or even subconscious awareness of. Basically, his lack of self-awareness, or better yet, his lack of solid identity, is causing a bit of distortion, which causes blocks or "stutters" within this process. With this, there is a big focus on shifting his perspective within his subconscious mind, within the realm of his emotions and self-awareness, in order to line him up better with the overall integration process.

I'll try to break that down a bit more with the cards that were pulled here.

To begin, at the very top center, he has the 5 of Wands in reverse. Upright, the 5 of Wands represents his split core, those two halves that essentially work against each other, with one mostly overpowering and dominating the other. As it is shown in reverse, it suggests that the conflict, tension, or general split of the core is being healed. More so, it's like the split is still there, but one side isn't actively trying to dominate the other, there isn’t any active fighting. Because of that, the more negative effects of that split core are coming off as being more toned down than they were previously.

The current process is being represented by the 6 of Pentacles and the Wheel of Fortune, with the destination or goal of this process being represented by the King of Cups. The 6 of Pentacles is quite literally showing a grounded balancing, a leveling of the playing field, perhaps the structuring of a bridge between the two halves of the core, while the Wheel of Fortune is that higher aspect, higher consciousness, that is pushing this process forward. The King of Cups itself represents that Water energy that Taehyung is in need of, as well as the aspect building of new inner foundations rooted in self-awareness and acceptance of emotions and personal expression.

The Water energy, as shown in other readings and within the current structures of the Soul Body, is being provided by, or at least pumped through Hoseok's energy center to Taehyung.

When it comes to how the current state of his core integrates, projects, and manifests in his superficial life, his surroundings, Taehyung has The Hanged Man, The Moon, and Temperance. This is quite interesting as this does show a direct, but more loose, version of what is happening in the core regarding shifting his perspective, specifically toward his own emotional and intuitive nature. Currently, on a consciously level, he is not completely blocked off from his emotions or the intuitive awareness of the emotions of other people, he just tends to misinterpret a lot of what comes through to him. I've talked about this before as well in his relationship readings where he oftentimes seems to feel inadequate or even in debt to other people.

To be more specific, The Hanged Man is that more superficial, more conscious shift in perspective, but it suggests a slow shift. It presents an alternative lens to look through, it is a card that could mean more of a suggestion, more of a guiding question that could prompt him to look inward rather than just grabbing him and shaking him until he's more self-aware. The Moon represents that emotional and intuitive core at its "highest and brightest," or most visible to Taehyung, while Temperance can be seen as a representative of The Hanged Man becoming more hands-on with The Moon, more consciously engaged with the subconscious mind, the emotional, and intuitive processing.

All of these more internal and external influences funnel down into Taehyung's conscious mind and land in a space that is shown to be currently governed by The Fool and Strength, both of which came out in reverse. This does suggest that on that last stepping stone, on the ground-level layer of his consciousness, he is just very blocked off. The reversed Fool shows that inability to actually engage and initiate any of what The Hanged Man could be suggesting, and maybe even suggests a complete disconnect from The Hanged Man altogether. Basically, the process is occurring, the gears are turning and everything is in flow all the way up to the very last line where things just suddenly stop.

What's interesting is that things seem to stop right in this area where the conscious mind and the influence of the core meet, essentially the pathway where internal influence on one level can become external influences on another, which is where a lot of this distortion occurs. This pathway, this layer between the conscious mind and the core is the spirit, and the spirit is basically like a sponge, taking in and holding onto a lot of energy, influence, and experience on all levels of consciousness, both internal and external. It's meant to act as a filter, but if you're not aware enough to keep your filter clean... that filter basically becomes an anti-filter, something that things move through just to become dirtier, more distorted, harder to understand, whether they are coming from the inside or the outside. Taehyung has a polluted spirit and that is what is causing the biggest resistance here.

This is a bit obvious but his current core state stems from a past position represented there by The Chariot laying over the reversed Page of Pentacles. These two cards together represent that conflict in the core, that split dynamic with one side overpowering the other. The Chariot is the unstoppable force, moving ahead with a clear intention, while the reversed Page of Pentacles is described as unfulfilled, unsatisfied, unmoving, and in a state of losing or simply not having any resources that would allow it to move forward.

The current core state is set up to lead him towards this interesting state of restructuring through Hoseok's energy center. Hoseok's influence is represented by the King of Wands, which is a card I've associated with him since some of his earlier readings. Hoseok would be offering up the foundation, the framework of the 4 of Wands, the literal four walls, or four beams to a hollow floor. The 10 of Pentacles that lies between them represent Taehyung's own energy, specifically his energy when it is at its best and most stable and balanced. Essentially, it shows that Hoseok, on a soul level, within the Soul Body, would offer that framework for Taehyung to fill in when he is more in tune with himself, more understanding of himself and what he actually wants to build.

Of course, there is also the matter of creating a space where this Earthy (VERY Earthy) energy of Taehyungs can mix with Water, can loosen up, become a bit more flexible and receptive, fertile in a way. This is a very positive mode to work towards, however, for anyone who has been mostly dominated by very rigid Earth or Fixed energy, any kind of disruption to that system can be seen as a disaster, something that could make them vulnerable, which can trigger the ego, which is what is currently ruling over Taehyung's core.

  • August 29, 2021 Note: I’m just now starting to realize that this process, or this connection between Hoseok and Taehyung, is exactly the same as the one between Jimin and Kook in terms of how Kook was offering support and foundation for Jimin to be able to successfully rebuild his inner world. It's not quite an identical process, they are not using the same tools or designs, but it's the same kind of anchoring and fueling. Just from what I can remember actually seeing in the Soul Body overall, Jimin acted as an "infirmary" for the entire body, for all seven energy centers, and would offer up that foundation and stabilization to everyone, but I saw it most vividly between Hoseok, Jimin, and Yoongi. Yoongi and Jimin were basically anchoring Hoseok's energy center to the space where Jimin's energy center was supposed to be, the space of the Heart. Hoseok then offered this same kind of support to Taehyung. Then down the line and currently, Kook provided this kind of support to Jimin after the Soul Body had been deconstructed. I think what we can take from that is the assumption that based on what an individual needed at any given time in order to remain balanced and in sync with the others, another energy center would be able to give it in one way or another. It's very interesting.

Where The Higher Self Is Trying To Take Him: Breathe

Here we see that Taehyung's Higher Self is trying to lead him to a state of being represented by the Breathe card. It's pretty straightforward in the sense that he is being guided toward a state of meditation, contemplation, and inner-awareness, but alongside that, it's very much a state of settling down, cooling off, relaxing and so on. It came through as this kind of motherly energy, this nurturing energy as I got this vision of someone putting their hand on another person's chest, pushing them gently to sit down after having a panic attack, kind of saying, "Hey, it's time to breathe now."

They (his Higher Self and his Guides) are trying to get him into a similar state to The Hanged Man, to that contemplative and receptive state. It would happen in a more layered process though, as if he has to look inward to see The Hanged Man, then take on the position of The Hanged Man in order to ask the right questions or really anchor in the kind of curiosity and receptivity, and then from there dive deeper into himself. Of course, with that egoic influence and distorted spirit, there is a lot of stuff hidden away in there that he, on some level, would much prefer to never acknowledge or remember. He'd have to dig certain things back up in order to heal, almost like chipping away at a wall brick-by-brick in order to move through it. There's a lot of pressure in that, a lot of underlying fear, which can, as I mentioned, trigger the ego and bring about more reason to resist this transition on a conscious or subconscious level.

It's an interesting thing to think of this in relation to his cosmic imprinting or "coding" for this lifetime and what is consistent on a soul level. I think of it most in relation to Kook, how he and Kook were the first to actually separate from the original consciousness. They were the first to break away, the first to integrate into the third-dimensional human experience, and were the first to solidify themselves as individual souls. Specifically, Kook went first, and then Taehyung followed. Both of them, because of this, are much more physically oriented, much more superficial, compared to the others.

They share a commonality in how focused they can be on how other people perceive them, with Kook focusing more on his personality and thoughts and Taehyung focusing more on physical appearance. The main difference, where these two break off from each other, is in their imprinting where they were literally "coded" to oppose each other. Very similar to Namjoon and Yoongi as they were given cosmic imprinting that would allow them to work together closely on multiple levels without risk of merging. Taehyung and Kook's opposition acts more as a foundation for the rest of the body, and it creates a very interesting duality where Kook can be much more focused on how things feel on a very superficial level while Taehyung can be more focused on how things look.

For Taehyung, the surface is the whole. He doesn't dig too much into himself, therefore he can find it hard to dig too deep into people and things around him, and when he does, he can misinterpret things or simply not trust his own interpretation even when it is right. This can make it very difficult for him to actually break past this current blockade with his layers of consciousness. It's kind of like the software of a computer trying to break out of the hardware of the machine itself. It's nearly impossible, but as he is receiving that support and guidance from outside sources, including Hoseok, he definitely has room to make a breakthrough and to initiate that healing process on a conscious level.

There are definitely a lot of layers to this and I'm sure even without any kind of conscious awareness of it, it can bring about this sense of looming tension, something that could create a lot of tension within someone as they can sense something within themselves being off, but having no idea what it could be.

Current State of Conscious Alignment:

Two of Swords (rev.) | Eight of Cups

This here is a really good representation of something I've been seeing for Taehyung that has really bugged me. When it comes to how he consciously aligns with the influence of his Higher Self, with the guidance towards Breathe, he has this dualistic state between the reversed Two of Swords and the Eight of Cups. The Eight of Cups is what interests me the most and with it, I want to include the image description from the book:

Wrapped within the weave of his own mind, he casts his gaze to the rock below, studying the surface, the feel, the material. The solitary Guardian recognizes the need to pull away from the menagerie of thoughts that threaten to overtake his mind. Each moment originated as a small point and grew to make a tapestry through the mind, encompassing everything.
— Beth Seilonen, The Guardian Tarot

Quite literally, this describes what I said about Taehyung being more superficially oriented, seeing the surface as the whole, not digging any deeper. The distinction here is that the Eight of Cups is directed at himself, more so describing his self-awareness. It's an acknowledgment of needing to separate from the superficial, needing to either go deeper, or go higher than where he is in the current moment, but just not being able to. In the image, it looks as though the Guardian's hands are rooted into the rock, fused to the surface, therefore making it difficult to look up at what is going on in the sky, what is trying to guide him.

I really do find the image interesting. The Guardian’s hands look like roots, and what are roots supposed to do? Penetrate the Earth. However, this Guardian is sitting on solid rock. Rigid, solid matter that simply can’t be penetrated. It seems so much like Taehyung in the sense that he has the tools, he has those root-hands, he has what he needs to connect with himself, but that inner aspect, his own ego, has created that hard rock around his inner being and has essentially created a situation where Taehyung is tethered to this form, this framework of his own split self. And what is the intention with this initial process with Hoseok? To add water. To loosen up the rigid Earth energy that Taehyung has. This would turn the rock, Taehyung’s own core, his own split core, into something that he can actually root into via the influence of Breathe, where he can then start to work through the issues that are present there.

The reversed Two of Swords is quite literally just there to oppose the Eight of Cups, to oppose Taehyung’s conscious awareness. Even its color scheme opposes the Eight of Wands. In this deck, when the Two of Wands is reversed, it's about hesitation and inner conflict, specifically around being afraid to make a decision and move forward because you think your choice is wrong and that it will lead to failure.

Basically, the Eight of Cups is a perfect representative of the lower half of Taehyung's core, the one being repressed and hidden away, while the reversed Two of Swords is more in line with the intent and action of his own ego, which dominates his core.

Taehyung, as I mentioned before, has some awareness that something needs to change, that he needs to work on himself in some way, but he doesn't trust his own understanding of what is going on around him or within him. It's literally as clear as a flock of birds flying around his head, but it's too far away from what he's used to SEEING of himself or of his way of being and functioning.

There's a lot to this that really reflects his negative self-perception. He doesn't have a lot of faith in what he can do or what he can offer to people and the world in general outside of the most superficial aspects of himself. The deeper down it goes, this insecurity becomes self-hatred, which for Taehyung is so prominent that it has fully integrated from the subconscious mind into the core state where it was strong enough that his own ego was able to split his core in half, essentially blocking out an entire chunk of his own psyche and soul.

Taehyung is receptive to this guidance, he's receiving it, but he doesn't trust what he's getting and even if he did, he wouldn't trust himself enough to actually act on it and initiate that healing. In the same way that he views his relationships with other people, he views his connection to himself, his understanding of himself as unstable, imbalanced, or completely broken on his end.

It's such a complex thing because, basically, he has the urge to connect within himself but he doesn't think he can, even though the only reason he has that urge at all is because he is in fact connected to himself.

Where The Conscious Alignment Needs To Be: Two of Wands (rev.)

The most beneficial state that his conscious alignment could be in when it comes to working with the influence of Breathe and initiating his own healing, Taehyung has here the Two of Wands in reverse. When this card first popped out, I got this vision of the Guardian in the image being poured out of the card in that upside-down position. It was this quick and easy sense of release.

When upright, the Two of Wands in this deck is all about being stuck in a situation that you really don't want to be in. In the image, this Guardian is guarding a watchtower of a castle, acting as a security guard of sorts, who stares out longingly at the birds flying in the distance, wishing he had the same freedom that they do. In reverse, this card very much becomes a, "fuck it, escape this damn fortress."

So, in quite a straightforward manner, this card shows that the best way for Taehyung to really align with that influence of Breathe is to just rip himself out of the current state, tear down those walls, break down that rock, and just run at full speed straight through any fear or insecurity that may make him second guess himself. There's an aspect of needing to embrace that hidden part of himself, the weaker side of his core, as it breaks the surface and comes up. Essentially, he not only has to pour himself out, but he has to embrace his inner half being poured out as well.

Three of Swords.jpg

How He Can Attain Alignment: Three of Swords

I’m literally going to launch myself into space…

This is the image description for this card:

This Guardian helps one realize that it is time to set yourself free of the past. As each memory spreads its wings to fly away, take a moment to honor each one and the challenges that come with them. Allow for a moment of grief and sadness as this part of life is over, and then move onto brighter, more liberating days.
— Beth Seilonen, Guardian Tarot

As this pertains to how he can attain full alignment, how he can get into a better position to be able to more clearly initiate this healing, the Three of Swords feels more like an extension of reversed Two of Wands. The only difference is that the reversed Two of Wands felt very quick and sharp, pushing for a "leap of faith" style of action while the Three of Swords offers up a more reassuring encouragement towards simply releasing yourself from the current state and entering the next one. Basically, if the reversed Two of Wands is suggesting Taehyung say fuck it and jump out of that tower, the Three of Swords is suggesting a more mild-mannered trip down the stairs, out the door, and toward the horizon.

I think this is more so an acknowledgment that he probably isn't going to be able to actually ever just jump through the obstacles that are currently present, and instead needs to test the waters in a sense. In the image, this Guardian is still rooted into the ground, still fixed in position, while releasing birds one at a time towards the moon. The moon here is a symbol of the subconscious mind, of the intuition, of the emotional center. It's like each bird released is a tiny step forward, just the slightest reach toward himself.

Star.jpg

What Is Being Learned: Star

This seems very simple and straightforward. The lesson being learned in this process is Taehyung's own connection with himself, specifically his connection to his own emotional and intuitive awareness. The Star is all about being open to messages that come through to you in odd ways, perhaps through dreams, patterns, or odd coincidences. It's about not being so deeply rooted into a strict logic or perspective, being a bit more fluid with how you see things, how you take things in, and how you interpret them.

Overall, Taehyung is being brought to a space where he can learn to not only connect but to trust those connections. He's learning to feel himself and feel the world around him, and in that, understand the connection between himself and the world beyond the superficial aspects.

It's very interesting as it seems like the struggle that Taehyung has now, the inability to recognize those connections he has now as being stable and true, will actually lend to more appreciation and mindfulness once he comes to understand that those connections are in fact there. He will stimulate himself, his connections, his awareness, and actively seek out new things, new challenges, new manners of expression to kind of play with or experiment with his own identity. It seems almost childlike, perhaps returning to the Inner Child for some parts of this healing in order to remove some of those blocks and clear or renew those connections, especially with other people.

It definitely seems like a lot to take on now, and it is, but Taehyung is being pushed in the right direction.

That's all I have for this one. Thanks for reading!
