Since Taehyung’s Elemental Alignment was a bit overwhelming, I kept this reading pretty basic with the guideline and main reading, no Sprinkles or extra bits.
Guideline
The entirety of the guideline feels like a bit of a mess, but it’s also very clearly laying out elements of separation and issues of identity and self-perception. First off, the most positive element here is Safety over Dissociation, which I see reflecting directly over to the Wishful and Organize card. Wishful and Safety reflect the soul, while Dissociation and Organize, which feature different shapes being separated from each other, show the overall separation of the layers of the consciousness and possibly the split element of the soul itself.
I then saw Wishful looking up at The Thread, which was the card that represented the side of Taehyung’s actual soul group in the BTS Bias Breakdown that I showed in his previous reading. This showcased the lifeline that the souls in his soul group were extending to his soul as well as his emotional center, his heart, something that I remember seeing connecting to The Sun card, his inner light perhaps. The soul is seemingly holding out hope for the souls within his soul group being able to hold something together or give the soul more time to do something or… I don’t know, the soul just seems to be leaning into it. It’s a very similar feeling to what I was getting with The Fool card in the previous reading, where it felt like a hopeful dream that the soul was hanging on to but something that felt potentially impossible.
There’s a “wide vision” stemming out of The Thread that goes into Empowerment, Flexible, and Mother Earth which again feels like a wish or a hope for some kind of major soul group interference or something that I assume would be similar to the Soul Body healing that took place years ago. There’s a request here for something that was already shut down in the previous reading.
This next set is very interesting because, again, we’re seeing that split displayed with Drama and the 5th House. I find this very interesting because these both bring focus to the 5th House/Leo which is the area where we begin to develop our egos, our masks and costumes, our performances for the world as we learn right from wrong or what is the most acceptable within our environments, stemming off of the 4th House which is where we first begin to learn from the family and homelife. Drama specifically highlights Mercury in Leo, focusing on the conscious mind and observation. In this card, I’m seeing the lion down below being the ego overtaking the conscious level mind, and the knot up above that the lion is roaring at being the soul in its current state. Then, obviously, the two masks, which are “the faces of drama,” comedy and tragedy, also replicate the element of the split soul itself. As I’m seeing, Drama shows the conscious mind or the Ego itself looking at the soul, and the image on the 5th House representing the soul itself in its split state.
I’m also very focused on the knot in Drama, the three loops feeling connected to the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious states where they’re all connected but operating in such a bizarre and disconnected way that it’s created something that can only be described as inner chaos.
The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy and The Grey Area continue this heavier feeling of the knot where “self-fulfilling prophecy” feels like a cold statement laying over it essentially saying “you did this to yourself,” or it’s a self-on-self perpetuated issue. The ball started rolling on the outside, but this constant spinning and tangling is self-sustained on the inside through the conflict between the different levels of awareness. The Grey Area feels like a reference to the split as well as the general chaos, as if it’s referring to a dust storm, a place where everything blends together, loses form, and becomes difficult, if not impossible to navigate.
The last three cards feel like a much more superficial element of Taehyung’s awareness, something that would be right at the edge of the conscious level awareness, just about to break into the space of the subconscious where the Ego has its roots. The Mind Factory itself feels very literal, this idea of there being a factory or some kind of processing plant right at the border of the conscious and subconscious mind, altering what comes in from the outside and what goes out into the world. There’s major filtering of emotional triggers, to the point where it may be hard for him to fully grasp the emotions of other people as they may be perceived as an outside threat, anything that could make him feel small or hurt could be looked at as a threat and either filtered or actively looked down on. Just the same, from the inside moving outward, the “Mind Factory” would be Drama or the 5th House, in terms of performance, masking, or swapping/filtering the identity and how it is displayed outwardly if it is displayed at all.
The 6 of Cups in reverse connects to elements of the subconscious space, specifically childhood, which feels like open wounds or very specific triggers, which feels to be connected to the loss in the family, some kind of external anchor or comfort being lost. It’s making me think of a child growing up and still having their teddy bear, or having a comfort item that they still hold onto, but once it’s lost, it’s like they revert back to a child, feel quite small and alone without it and, as they are still an adult on the outside, their Ego reacts to this with a kind of hostile or oppressive energy that matches the reversed King of Wands at the end. This is making me think of something very specific but it is related to a more personal matter, something that is known and talked about a bit publicly, but I don’t know if I want to lay it out in its entirety. It is the major loss in the family — this person was an incredibly significant pillar of support to Taehyung’s soul, his sense of identity, and his overall confidence in himself. This person being gone created a weakness within him that he’s not been able to overcome. There’s effort to overcompensate for that on some level.
The reversed King feels like the King of Wands upright, it feels like it has the same amount of power, the same authority, the same tools and access, everything is the same. In its reversed state, it feels like it’s caught up in The Grey Area, or tangled in the knot in Drama. It’s like a big windstorm has blown through and he’s in a panic, not able to see things clearly, and in an attempt to quickly stand up and start moving, he stumbles, falls, drops his crown, loses his shoes, and just gets stuck somewhere, waiting for the storm to stop.
Main Reading
Taehyung’s Saturn Sign
Taehyung’s Saturn is in such a predicament with his imprinting in his birth chart in his current state, but I was able to see in that imprinting something that was essentially showing the original blue print or how a lot of this was supposed to play out. The major conflict that he has in the realm of Cardinal/Fire energies in his chart and in his core energy in general was intentional, it was set up to create conflict between elements of self and other, or basically being littered with insecurity that he was supposed to overcome in order to project his most authentic self. In this way, he was to guide his soul group through processes of “self-undoing” but in a way where it was to undo masks or altered identities that were created in childhood in order to bring forth the expression and creation of the soul. This would have connected back to his position as the Sacral Chakra in the Soul Body.
In the image of Loss, which connects to Saturn in Pisces for Taehyung, I’m very, very focused on the lower image. I’m seeing it in two different ways. With the original imprinting, or the intended imprinting, it’s showing that “self-undoing” as the crow peeling skin off of the face, relative to the soul peeling the Ego off of the conscious level expression. In the current state, I’m seeing the crow drenched in tar, stemming from the lower parts of the subconscious, the wounded and inflamed ego, attempting to destroy the identity completely. There’s an effort to rid the body of the soul, but also rid the body of a face — I was seeing this being very literally to where a person peels off their face in order to ensure they no longer express any specific emotion or “give anything away.” It’s an effort to control the expression to the point of eroding it away all together.
I keep seeing this come across as an accident at a nuclear power plant, like the Cardinal/Fire reactors just got overloaded and now the whole area is contaminated after a major explosion. What’s really frustrating is how simple this layout actually looks with the majority of his planets clustered over around Capricorn, his Moon in Aries, opposing his North Node and Chiron in Libra, with his Saturn in Pisces just hanging out on its own, creating a major square to Capricorn. The Aries Moon is a big key here, showing up as an initiator to the balancing with Libra, or the balancing of the self with other, or outside people, which would trigger the higher healing and progression of the North Node and Chiron. Essentially, there should have been, and potentially could still be, a situation where through deep self-reflection he reconnects with his Moon, which would be that emotional center, the emotional awareness which would connect his conscious awareness back to the subconscious space. In doing this, the trigger of balancing with Libra would imply a direct reflection, communication, with another person or many people in order to open the flood gates and allow that emotional release. I was seeing this as potentially being connected to Jimin, carrying that Libra energy for reflection, but also being the center of the original Soul Body, the Heart, a space of healing for the other souls.
This is a major hump, a major hill to get over, this issue between the Aries Moon and Chiron/North Node in Libra. Once this back and forth stimulation is created there, once that personal, inner healing is initiated by the conscious mind and a back-and-forth flow between the conscious and subconscious mind, between the emotional center and outside expression, Saturn would be activated. Once his Saturn is activated, the entire space of Capricorn would light up and become fiercely stimulated. As a Capricorn Sun, the influence of Saturn is already going to be a lot more exaggerated because of how sensitive the conscious awareness would be to that influence through the Sun. Taehyung also has Mercury, Mars, Uranus, and Neptune in there as well which is creating quite a sweep of hot and dry energy through the conscious and physical aspects, and bringing a congested feeling to the higher minds of Uranus and Neptune, which are nearly right on top of each other.
As I’m seeing it, just by default, Taehyung has an incredibly warped lens, a lens that is very difficult to see through from the start. It creates a lot of abstract oddities around everything he would have taken in as a kid, which was supposed to be a massive contributor to his creative energy. He’s supposed to be WEIRD. Like SUPER WEIRD. He’s supposed to see things in such an odd and unique way, he’s supposed to express himself in an odd and unique way, and really drive it home. HIs Aries Moon would have given a lot of backing to that, especially as a kid to where it’s almost like his “dreamstate mind” was his conscious mind, while in dreams he would have been more “logical.”
I keep thinking there’s a crack in the system here, there’s something I can’t see where there was just a slight weak point that allowed this insecurity to take root. It’s possible that this is connected to pressure, that he was quite okay with being weird and out of sorts before he became famous. The amount of people that he suddenly needed to be aware of, people that he couldn’t talk to directly, explain himself to directly, could have really overwhelmed him and driven his focus outward. A Capricorn Sun, in such a situation, would have aimed to simply do his job right, and at a younger age and in the age or Idols at that time, his priority could have been deliberately set towards conforming to another image without any idea, on any level, of what that could turn into for him.
Key Influences of Saturn
Emergence + Visualization + The Moon
Solar Plexus + Soul Healing + The Hermit
Here, with the key influences of Saturn, I’m like 99% sure we’re looking at what I was just talking about in the previous set with The Hermit there being a conscious level Taehyung intentionally looking inward, toward The Moon, his Aries Moon, to connect to and reflect his inner being. This leads into Visualization and Emergence, which feels to be hidden behind The Moon, almost like it’s in the water in the foreground of the image. Visualization and Emergence feel very connected to the element of creative expression, that abstract vision that he is supposed to have, this very inspirational and artistically exciting vision that he was, or is supposed to “raise out of the water,” or dig out of the dirt.
On the far right side, Soul Healing and the Solar Plexus, which lines up with the center of self, the expression or projection of the soul, feel to be descending into The Hermit. I see the entirety of the Solar Plexus card as not the entirety of Taehyung’s soul, but his own essence, his own inner light, something I’m seeing more as his heart or his inner calling. It is grabbed onto by an aspect of the subconscious space, something that maybe would have been his Ego, but a prideful Ego, an Ego that would want to expand and seek outward, and held light a light that I feel illuminates the conscious mind, inspiring the conscious level to seek inward. This light then extends to The Hermit’s lantern, which he is using to look “inward” toward his Moon, toward the emotional center first, which would then lead into the creative, and then the intuitive, which would give him space to potentially connect consciously to the soul or the higher unconscious.
State of The Soul: The Mirror
The current state of the soul is represented here with The Mirror. I was seeing this flash back and forth to where the original blueprint of design of his karmic progression in this lifetime was to be a mirror, was to be a looking glass for others to see themselves and the world through. Something that resonates more as a funhouse mirror, something that could playfully warp images and reality to expand on them, help people see them in different ways, be more playful and carefree with perception. It’s actually very fun and childlike, an effort to embrace childlike wonder and amazement with everything.
Right now, with the way things are, the appearance of the mirror in the image being broken is what I’m focusing on the most. The soul itself is in pieces, and with that pieces of the identity have been distorted or lost to some degree. The Moon in the image also feels to be about that conscious level choice to disconnect from the emotional center, or to turn the mirror away from the Moon, to turn off the input and output of the inner awareness. This shuts down or severely limits and filters emotional, creative, and intuitive processing.
Good Karma: The Seed + The Ring
The more positive or constructive karma being carried for Taehyung has a lot to do with creative vision and the perpetual growth of his own visions. Again, his soul is connected to the Sacral Chakra in the Soul Body, he was meant to rule over and, in a physical and conscious sense, demonstrate very wide, vivid, and abstract creative expression. The Seed is the idea, the very center of his mind, while The Ring is the full potential of that seed spinning and looping on itself as it expands outward. It’s like he came into this life with the ability to create little universes anywhere and everywhere he looked, and he was supposed to share that, very openly. Again, I can’t get over how WEIRD he’s supposed to be. Like, with The Ring, I’m just thinking of him, as he does sometimes do, just saying the most off-the-wall shit out of nowhere, but like… NOT SHUTTING UP FOR A SECOND. Like, he’s got stories to tell, he’s got thoughts to share, and he’s gonna pull out a pen and paper and draw pictures to make sure you know exactly what he’s talking about.
He’s supposed to be that wacky, borderline insane art-obsessed painter guy who’s just like… always out in the streets painting people and landscapes, talking to birds, and going on about the fairies in the trees and the man on the moon. He’s supposed to be a bottomless well of creativity that he would have access to at all times, and in that he was supposed to be an oasis of inspiration, literally having the ability to take people out of the real world for a bit. Currently, it’s like he’s been pulled out of that well and planted in the cold, harsh reality of the 3D Earth with a broken humanity that’s actively trying to devolve. Very sad, there’s so much more potential here for him.
Bad Karma: The Prayer
The negative karma that is carried by Taehyung feels a bit odd here. It’s all over the place. With The Prayer, it brought to mind the notes I shared in his previous reading, the chunk that I described as “hauntingly biblical.” The image of The Prayer, with the hand pointing upward, appearing to either be rising up from or sinking into the ground, made me think of that visual of Taehyung attempting to shoot “God” or the Universe, and that arrow coming straight back down on him and splitting his spine. This then brought to mind something that I included in Namjoon’s Saturn’s Trial Reading, which was something I was getting coming from his higher soul and being delivered to the souls in his individual soul group:
“To fear something is to inherently submit to its perceived power. To submit to a power outside of your own is to commit self-sacrifice. To sacrifice yourself is to damn (lose connection to/drop in frequency/fall from grace) your own soul. This is the only sin you can commit.”
In the notes for Taehyung’s soul group’s energy signature, I mentioned a few things connecting back to self-sacrifice and the intentional “damning” of the soul, or the intentional disconnect that causes the soul and the consciousness to fall or stagnate. The main thing that came to mind with this being his negative karma was “To sacrifice yourself is to damn your soul. This is the only sin you can commit.” There was a note about karmic retribution coming through Saturn, and with Capricorn Suns and Risings being considered the children of Saturn, you know good and damn well one of his kids slipping up like this is going to cause a ruckus, especially one so high up and in an important position.
Basically, I was seeing The Prayer as two different things, but only one of them is actually visible. I was seeing the lighter colors of the image being something that is in the past now, or was the original karma that needed to be balanced or worked through here, but it’s been “slashed through” by the hand and the image of the ground. There’s this feeling of Taehyung having at one point actually been properly working through this negative karma, something that needed balance, possibly something going back to his Aries Moon and Libra North Node and Chiron, and then suddenly just slashing it. This goes into the broken mirror, the disconnect from The Moon, the intentional masking or blocking of emotional input and output, and the final nail in the coffin seemed to be the deliberate submission to the projections of others — becoming a doll.
It’s coming across as him kind of, without realizing it, spitting in the face of his cosmic Father and throwing the gifts he had been given on the ground and stomping on them. It feels a bit like the hand reaching upward toward the sky is a part of Taehyung, perhaps the soul, that can see the mistake that was made, is reaching out for help, but has been ever so slightly abandoned to deal with this mess on his own. This seems to reflect the aspect of his soul and energy center in the Soul Body being separated or quarantined and everyone being very hands-off. It’s not a punishment that their Guides are giving out, but they’re playing out a role in a karmic wave that is coming from something much higher connected to Taehyung’s original imprinting. The negative karma he’s dealing with now is the negative karma he acquired in this lifetime.
Desired Goal or Development of The Soul: The Mask
I mean… There is a split vibe to this as well, obviously the image, but in the same way that there was a split in The Prayer. There’s the original intention and there’s the current intention. Originally, the intention was to break through the shadows of the outer world, to literally bring light, color, inspiration, and dreams into the world through his own expression. All of what he was supposed to be was meant to break through and transform the kind of person he is right now. Currently, there’s much more weight to the shadow side, and there is a coldness to the mask or the face there, connecting back to the skull in Loss.
It feels like the current desire of the soul is to preserve at least SOME of the identity, some of the color before it is lost or eaten up by the shadow, burned away by the Ego. It’s a little heavy as it feels like the soul just wants to be able to save a piece of itself and be able to tuck it away somewhere. It’s making me think of the soul trying to gather a tiny bit of its own light as the shadows or fire is moving toward it, tucking it into a jar and stashing it under the floorboards in hopes that, at some point, maybe Taehyung would look for it and that last bit of light, color, and inspiration would be what The Hermit uses in their lantern to find and reconnect with The Moon.
The Trial:
Allowance + Defense
Remembrance (rev.) + Enterprise + Egotism
Discernment + Endurance (rev.)
The trial itself is laid out in a way where we can see where the overall process came to a standstill and led to the overtaking of the soul by the Ego. On the left, it begins with Allowance and Defense (Mars in Taurus) which shows the initial conflict that he was supposed to, and did face between the outward expression, the natural flow of his own being, his own vision, and the outside world. There’s a stubbornness that he was supposed to acquire there, something that would have helped him keep up with his own vision even when he met criticism or mockery.
This then carried over into Remembrance, which should have been where the aspect of Enterprise (Jupiter in Aries) was activated. This would have activated his higher aspects, possibly activating the North Node and Chiron, but mainly, on a higher level, connecting to and initiating his energy center in the Soul Body as the Sacral Chakra, as the center of creative stimulation and output. As Remembrance is reversed, this shows that the soul and the conscious mind did not make the direct connection they were supposed to, Taehyung was not able to perform the full transmissions or demonstrations that he was supposed to as an individual in terms of that extremely abstract and off-the-wall artistry. Instead, he moved over into Egotism (Mars in Leo), taking us back to the 5th House and that aspect of creating the masks, the new phases, new identities, stepping further away from himself. I’m seeing this be quite drastic with the hand of a human with marks of palmistry displayed, implying conscious awareness of the soul, being degraded over into the image of a chicken with a man’s head — something inhuman or severely distorted and artificial.
This then leaves us in Discernment with Endurance (Sun in Scorpio) in reverse. The image of Endurance shows a man wrestling a lion, which I always connect back to the idea of a person wrestling with their ego, their primal ego, the lower aspects of the self. With the Sun in Scorpio, there is illumination, or the suggestion of the conscious mind being within the subconscious space, or in Taehyung’s case, it implies that the lion won. The lower aspects of the subconscious, the wounded or inflamed ego overpowered the conscious and higher unconscious. This leaves Discernment feeling very clinical and straightforward, a kind of black-and-white discernment of the external world, navigating based on what is assumed to be the “right choice” based on what is laid out by others. It’s not a personal discernment, it’s something that feels more like driving by someone else’s GPS.
How To Work Through It:
Knight of Wands + 10 of Swords (rev.)/The Devil (rev.) + 7 of Cups
In the current state, the suggested progression on how to work through the current state of the trial is… sort of… to not progress through it?? The progression through it would be the 10 of Swords and The Devil, essentially resetting the conscious level mind and detaching from The Devil, the negative belief system, and the negative influences or dictation that has contributed to Taehyung’s willingness to detach from himself. That would be the only thing he could do, but with these reversed, it’s like, yeah, no, don’t even bother.
The Knight of Wands represents that potential blueprint where Taehyung’s Guides have him operating in Jungkook’s old position as the Root, acting as a lower anchor and conduit for the Soul Body, which is represented over in the 7 of Cups. It’s displaying that necessary separation, the opposing modalities between Water and Fire, or the Etheric Soul Body where the other 6 would be, and the remnants of the lower, previous Soul Body where they would plant Taehyung… Like… I don’t know what to do with this, this isn’t giving a progression, it’s giving “this is what we’re doing, so he can’t do anything at all.”
Which, I mean, again, we’re dealing with an issue of free will where Taehyung on a conscious level chose things that brought him to this point and there’s not a way to interfere with what his conscious mind is thinking, or how he is perceiving things, that’s the main issue. The higher aspects can be influenced, but that does nothing for Taehyung if he’s not able to receive that typical integration through the layers of consciousness because he has everything blocked off. Even external inspiration couldn’t be helpful if he really is blocking and filtering input from the outside as well. No one can reach into Taehyung’s brain and just completely change the way he thinks or feels about himself or everyone else in the world. Nothing can happen to completely change his perspective and perception of himself that has built up over the last 15 years or so. Everything is at a standstill and this repositioning and demotion of his soul and energy center seem to be the most likely thing to occur with the revival.
That’s all I have for this one, thanks for reading!
